How to order
• Access the product page using your curriculum download password.
• Add your chosen titles and quantities to the basket, review, and proceed to checkout.
• If you’re unsure of your cluster or password, check the list of existing partners—your Project Lead will have the information.
Payment options
Card payment option
If ordering a large quantity, check your card limit—you may need to split the order. We’ll refund the second delivery fee if this is necessary. Average delivery time: within 10 working days.
Bank transfer option
You’ll receive a confirmation email (which serves as your Proforma invoice) and a separate payment request from Stripe. Each order uses unique bank details—always refer to the latest Stripe email. If your Trust finance team processes payments, be sure to forward them the relevant details. Average delivery time: within 13 working days.
Order confirmation and delivery
• A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received—please retain it for any delivery queries.
• When your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery.
Delivery and returns
• A flat £10 P&P fee applies for tracked ParcelForce delivery.
• Returns of unused booklets are accepted; a £40 fee will be deducted for collection and return.
• Damaged or incomplete orders will be replaced at no additional cost—just email us at booklets@openingworlds.uk
